A treatment system for livestock wastewater and livestock waste is provided to treat a large quantity of livestock waste within a short time, effectively separate sludge and wastewater contained in the livestock waste, immediately recycle a dried final product into effective resources such as a feedstuff, a compost and the like, and minimize cost or environmental pollution generated due to the livestock waste treatment. A treatment system for livestock wastewater and livestock waste comprises: a catchment tank(100) for collecting and storing livestock wastewater and waste; a dissolved air floating specific gravity separator(110) for temporarily storing livestock wastewater and waste and separating water and livestock waste sludge contained in the livestock waste using a specific gravity difference; a hydro-expeller(120) for simultaneously transferring and dewatering livestock waste sludge by a screw rotated at a low rotation speed to separate a filtrate from the sludge; at least two vacuum dryers(130) for simultaneously drying and finely pulverizing the livestock waste sludge in a vacuum state; sludge storage tanks(140) for temporarily storing the water-removed livestock waste sludge; an air flowing dryer(150) for naturally drying the livestock waste sludge supplied by transfer screws(145) using a flowing phenomenon of air flown in from the outside, and discharging the dried livestock waste sludge to the outside; a leachate storage tank(160) for receiving and storing livestock waste leachate through a drain pipe(115) from the dissolved air floating specific gravity separator and the hydro-expeller; a hydro-filter(170) for filtering salt and fine sludge contained in the leachate stored in the leachate storage tank to remove fine adulterations; a temporary storage tank(180) for temporarily the primarily filtered leachate; an ultrafiltration filter(190) for filtering fine sludge again from the leachate stored in the temporary storage tank through fiber filters and a filter media; and a solid-liquid separator(200) for dewatering and separating sludge distributed in the leachate in the form of fine particles to store finally treated clean water in a clean water storage tank(210).
