A visible-light photocatalyst manufacturing method of an antimicrobial and deodorizer is provided to decompose and remove bad smell effectively, and to achieve strong antibacterial capacity. Manganese nitrate of 1-30 weight% is added to titanium(IV) iso propoxide. 0.0001-1 weight% of caustic silver is added to the mixture of titanium(IV) iso propoxide and manganese nitrate. Then, 5-30 weight% of the mixture of isopropanol, nitric acid, hydrogen peroxide and methyltrimethoxysilane is mixed with the mixture of the mixture of titanium(IV) iso propoxide and manganese nitrate, and 5-50 weight% of this mixture is mixed with distilled water. 0.03-0.3 % of fragrance is added to the final mixture based on 100 weight% of an antimicrobial and deodorizer.
