A prefabricated precast concrete culvert connected by inserting a hook bar to a connecting ring is provided to secure structural safety and watertightness by connecting I-nuts with hook bars in an empty space at the connection of individual culverts and filling up the empty space with mortar tightly. A prefabricated precast concrete culvert connected by inserting a hook bar to a connecting ring includes mortar grooves(18) formed on upper, lower slabs and right, left side walls at two ends of an individual culvert and coupled with other mortar grooves of an adjacent culvert to form a space for housing mortar, and compressed water stop members attached to the inside and the outside of the mortar grooves to keep a gap between culverts tightly and to prevent the leakage of mortar, wherein two insertion holes(13,14) are formed on the upper part of a culvert connection by adhering and connecting two adjacent culverts to inject mortar to fill up the empty space formed by the mortar grooves at the connection of the culverts, and I-nuts(11), or, I-bolts and coupling nuts I-bolts are installed into mortar grooves of the upper and lower slabs at one end of a culvert, and hook bars are installed on the other end of an adjacent culvert correspondingly to the I-nuts, and the I-nuts and the hook bars are connected with each other in an empty space at the connection of individual culverts.
