A hemispheric lens type diffusion sheet manufacturing method, a diffusion sheet produced by the same, and a bead arrangement plate for the diffusion sheet are provided to secure high transmissivity and good whiteness and side viewing angle by arranging hemispheric lenses on the upper surface of a base of the diffusion sheet at uniform height and size. A hemispheric lens type diffusion sheet manufacturing method is composed of the steps of preparing an arrangement plate(10) having insertion spaces(12) of uniform size and height fitted by beads(20) to prevent movement of the beads; making an original mold(100) by equally arranging, inserting, and fixing the beads of the predetermined size in each insertion space of the arrangement plate; making a duplicate mold(200) by forming hemispheric recessed grooves(42) on the upside of the base in vertical and horizontal directions corresponding to each bead of the original mold; and molding a diffusion sheet(300) by forming hemispheric lenses(60) on the upside of the base in vertical and horizontal directions corresponding to a molding part(40) of the duplicate mold.
