<p>A method for manufacturing decorative plate glass using a horizontal tempering machine is provided to carry out quick heating/quick cooling treatments more easily. A method for manufacturing decorative plate glass using a horizontal tempering machine includes the steps of: providing crystal ice of which the composition is controlled to form a melting point of crystal ice itself in the melting point setting range(620-630 °C) of crystal ice itself defined from a temperable temperature(620 °C) of a plate glass center part to the temperable temperature+10°C(630 °C); gluing the crystal ice onto the surface of plate glass, and quickly heating the plate glass to an internal heating temperature(685-705 °C) of a horizontal tempering machine corresponding to the melting point setting range(620-630 °C) of crystal ice itself, wherein the quick heating is performed by controlling a heating time by a preset first control factor against a temperable temperature heating time of ordinary plate glass; and performing quick cooling by controlling a cooling condition by a preset second control factor against a cooling condition for tempering an ordinary plate glass.</p> |
