MULTIPLEX PCR METHOD FOR RAPID CLASSIFICATION OF ESBL AND PCR PRIMER THEREFOR

Four kinds of PCR primer sets are provided to be applicable to one PCR reaction at the same time. A multiplex PCR method for detecting and classifying extended spectrum beta lactamase(ESBL) is provided to detect and classify 4 kinds of the ESBLs, which are CMYII, CTX-MI, CTX-MII, and DHA, with accuracy and rapidity by applying the same primers. A multiplex PCR method for detecting and classifying ESBL is characterized in that it detects and classifies at least two target sequences of CMY II(cephamycin resistant type II), CTX-MI(cefotaxime resistant type-MI), CTXMII(cefotaxime resistant type-MII), DHA(daharan) gene in the ESBL using at least two PCR primer sets selected from the group consisting of a PCR primer set for detecting the CMY II having sequences of SEQ ID : NOs. 1 and 2, a PCR primer set for detecting the CTX-MI having sequences of SEQ ID : NOs. 3 and 4, a PCR primer set for detecting the CTX-MII having sequences of SEQ ID : NOs. 5 and 6, and a PCR primer set for detecting the DHA having sequences of SEQ ID : NOs. 7 and 8. A kit for diagnosing and classifying the ESBL comprises at least two PCR primer sets selected from the group consisting of the PCR primer set for detecting the CMY II having sequences of SEQ ID : NOs. 1 and 2, the PCR primer set for detecting the CTX-MI having sequences of SEQ ID : NOs. 3 and 4, the PCR primer set for detecting the CTX-MII having sequences of SEQ ID : NOs. 5 and 6, and the PCR primer set for detecting the DHA having sequences of SEQ ID : NOs. 7 and 8.
