A method of manufacturing bread containing adlay powder walnut grain is provided to reduce the amount of sugar to be added, to improve the taste and nutrients of bread and to give the efficacy of adlay and walnut to bread. Main ingredient is kneaded with 10% by weight of adlay powder and 5% by weight of walnut grain, molded in an optional shape and baked in an oven. The main ingredient contains wheat flour, butter, brown sugar, oligosaccharide, eggs and baking powder. |
