PARKING UNIT AND PARKING METHOD FOR BICYCLE

A parking unit and a parking method for a bicycle are provided to prevent the bicycle from being robbed by using a secret number as a recognition unit for a locking device. A parking method for a bicycle includes the steps of: inputting a number of a parking rack to use through a parking management device(S1,S7); judging locking or unlocking state of a locking device of the parking rack(S2,S8); checking a holding state of the bicycle in case of unlocking of the locking device(S3); inputting a secret number as a recognition signal through a keypad of the parking management device if the holding state of the bicycle is checked(S4); and locking the bicycle by operating a driving unit of the locking device if the secret number is inputted(S6).
