<p>The apparatus (1) has a container (4) for receiving a liquid food to be cooled, and a removable cooling body (10). A paddle wheel (6) is arranged inside the container for guiding and circulating the food in a closed circuit delimited by the body. The circuit has helical and traversing conduits arranged in the body and via which the food passes. A magnetic driving unit (5) is arranged below the container, and actuates the wheel.</p> |
