<p>A system for testing the functionality of a valve operated system, e.g. including pressure initiated displacement of units comprises a test module (1) connected to a compressed gas supply (2), e.g. nitrogen, and with a number of control valves to accurately simulate the pressures of different parts of the system under test. For each test sequence the relevant system is drained of coolant and replaced by compressed gas under the selected pressures and pressure gradients. A coordinated test sequence is used for each part of the system under test with monitoring of the responses to applied test pressures.</p> |
