A method of manufacturing fruit and flower stalk of ginseng having high contents of ginsenoside is provided which increases the content of ginsenoside Rb1, ginsenoside Rb2, ginsenoside Rc, ginsenoside Rd, ginsenoside Re and other ginsenosides. Fruit and flower stalk of ginseng are treated with light, steamed one or more times, dried and then soaked in a solution containing one or more ginsenoside hydrolysates selected from alpha-glucosidase, alpha-Rhamnosidase and soyasapogenol B. After the soaking process, the fruit and flower stalk can be additionally treated with any one of ultrasonic treatment, low-frequency treatment, electric field treatment and magnetic field treatment. The light is selected from infrared rays, visible rays and ultraviolet rays. |
