The device (1) has a screw less clamping connection provided for connection of connecting wires (14) with a clamp spring acting as a pressure spring on a connecting wire end. A housing wall exhibits a number of connecting wire corresponding to number of connection openings (23, 25, 26, 27) for each of a connecting wire in the area of the clamping connection. Each connection opening is assigned to a partial spring such that each connecting wire is clamped by the partial spring against a clamping edge of a window type recess, where the edge is common to the connecting wires.
