Sets of primers and kit for in vitro detection of cancer by showing allelic imbalances of insertion-detection markers

In vitro detection of cancer tumor cells, in a biological sample, allelic imbalances are highlighted in insertion-deletion chromosome markers. The markers are given a quantitative multiplex amplification by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), triggered by heat. A calculation is made of a global statistical score for all the markers being studied, for comparison with a fixed normal threshold.
