A plurality of second terminals(101) are connected to an external power terminal of a semiconductor device. A plurality of first terminals(121) correspond to the second terminals. A plurality of polylines(110) are formed to connect the second terminals corresponding to the first terminals with each other. A cut current applying unit(130) comprises an increasing type FET(Field Effect Transistor). The FET includes a plurality of unit FETs which are connected in parallel to each other. Source terminals or drain terminals are of the unit FETs are connected to the first terminals.
