A heat exchange device with exchanging indoor air with external air is provided to hold indoor heating constantly, and to save energy by exchanging hot air of indoor space with cold air of outdoor space easily and using superior heat conduction of a copper plate and a silver plate. A heat exchange device with exchanging indoor air with external air comprises an inlet(12) and a discharge hole(15). The inlet and the discharge hole are respectively formed in an upper part and a lower part of a main body containing a multi-layer heat exchanger, so that a heat conduction plate has fixed pores. Heat conduction plates are respectively separated, and thus the ring plate type heat exchanger is formed.
