METHOD FOR MEASURING AN AGING OF CLASSIFIED TIRE PRODUCT USING CHEMILUMINESCENE DETECTION

A method for measuring the wear of classified tires using chemiluminescence is provided to be capable of continuous monitoring of the wear of a tire by continuous and automatic detection of a light emitting spectrum. A method for measuring the wear of classified tire using chemiluminescence comprises the steps of: preparing a sample of a tire to be measured; putting the sample on a sample injection cell(8) inside a reaction chamber(13); controlling temperature of the sample injection cell at room temperature through 106°C by a temperature controller(10); injecting oxygen gas or ozone gas through gas flow controller(7) by a control signal from PC(2) at about 50 through 60ml/min; heating the sample injection cell by a light irradiator for oxidization; amplifying chemiluminescence generated from the heated sample with PMT(Program Map Table)(3); and detecting chemiluminescence.
