A hose and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent fluid pressure loss and to minimize remaining of fluid by allowing a hose to have a smooth inner surface. A hose comprises an inner tube(8) having a body(82) integrally formed with a protruded tub(81). The body has a smooth inner surface and the protruded tub is spirally wound on the body. A coating member is coated on the inner tube. An outer linear member is wound on the inner tube along the protruded tub from the outer side of the coating member. The inner tube contains resin. An inner linear member passes through the inside of the protruded tub and is spirally wound on the body of the inner tube. The inner linear member is made of resin harder than the resin contained in the inner tube.
