A backlight driving device and a liquid crystal display device having the same are provided to detect an oscillation signal mixed in the current waveform and to change the oscillation signal into an integral constant of an integral circuit in order to lower feedback gain of the inverter system and to minimize an effect of the oscillation signal. A backlight driving device comprises an inverter, a current sensing part, an oscillation sensing part, and a constant current controlling part(140). The oscillation sensing part filters an oscillation signal mixed in the current and outputs an oscillation sensing signal(130a). The constant current controlling part outputs a current controlling signal(140a) to the inverter, reduces a feedback gain by a selective unit responding to the oscillation sensing signal, and removes the oscillation signal. The constant current controlling part has an integral circuit part(30), and a switching device(40). The integral circuit part includes an arithmetic amplifier(10), and first and second integral counting parts(21,22). Thereby, oscillation is detected and removed quickly. |
