A light emitting device for night fishing is provided to be easy for use by being inserted into a luminous body insertion portion existing in an upper end portion of a conventional float and be easy for preparation. A light emitting device for night fishing in fresh water comprises: an upper layer portion for installation of a luminous body; a printed circuit board(PCB,270) placed at the upper layer portion; two chips LED element(260) consisting of an upper layer and a lower layer by connecting a cathode and an anode with an adhesive where an electric current is applicable on the PCB; a lower side portion where a battery is inserted; a partition wall which partitions the upper layer portion and the lower side portion and has a through-hole at the center; an anode terminal which is extended from the partition wall to form one body with the partition wall, has the through-hole where a cathode(290a) of the battery is inserted at the center, and is made of an elastic metallic material guiding an electric current of the battery cathode and a cathode terminal which is connected to the anode terminal together with the insertion hole, thereby being connected from the upper layer portion to the lower side portion, wherein a two-stage LED luminous body is constituted by dividing a corn-shaped pipe(280) using a special material for protecting the PCB and the chip LED into a green color body and a red color body and the luminous body emits light when the battery is inserted into the light emitting device and the luminous body does not emit light when the battery is isolated from the light emitting device. |
