A packer type pressurization grouting equipment used for draining and an upwards ground-reinforcing method using the same are provided to reinforce the unstable ground with a packer unit. A packer type pressurization grouting equipment used for draining comprises a reinforcement(10), a packer unit, an injection pipe(31), a plurality of gap units(40), a perforated pipe(50), and a coupler(35). The reinforcement is a hollow pipe with predetermined diameter and length. The packer units, which are fit to the outer peripheral surface of the reinforcement at a regular interval, include packing members(11,12,13,14) and packing bodies(21,22). The injection pipe is installed to inject sub-materials into the packer unit. The gap units are fit to the central outer peripheral surface of the reinforcement to situate the reinforcement at the center of a hole. The perforated pipe is connected with the reinforcement by the coupler, and provided with a plurality of holes around the outer peripheral surface. The coupler is sandwiched between the reinforcement and the perforated pipe. |
