A tool grip device of a changer arm for exchanging tools is provided to prevent the tool from being easily separated by allowing a clamping bar to receive air pressure which is applied to a pusher and a locking pin. A tool grip device of a changer arm for exchanging tools comprises a shaft, an arm body(14), a clamping bar, a pusher(20) and a locking pin(24). The arm body is mounted on an end of the shaft and is provide at two ends with a tool gripping part having an arc shape. The tool is inserted into the tool gripping part. The clamping bar is pivoted at two ends of the arm body and has a first end disposed on an extension line of the tool gripping part. The pusher is inserted into the arm body and has a first end which is in contact with a second end of the clamping bar by a first spring(18). The locking pin is obliquely in contact with a second end of the pusher to generate a clamping force by a second spring(22). An air supply path(25) for the locking pin is formed on the arm body.
