A mobile communication terminal and a method for connecting a call in the mobile communication terminal are provided to allow a user to connect the call or search for desired information even though the mobile communication terminal is closed. A wireless communication unit(110) receives a call. A display unit(120) displays the reception of the call, and displays at least one of conversation and reservation. An input unit(130) has a key for selecting at least one of the conversation and the reservation, which are displayed on the display unit. When an upper body is closed with respect to a lower body, a controller(140) connects the received call in a case when the conversation is selected, and displays the reception of the call in a case when the reservation is selected.
