摘要 <p>A method for genetic monitoring of an antagonistic microorganism harboring genes encoding products including auxin, siderophore and cellulase from the soil is provided to improve rapidness and convenience of monitoring, so that the method is useful for verifying the biological controllability of the antagonistic microorganism in the soil. A method for genetic monitoring of an antagonistic microorganism harboring genes encoding products including auxin(plant growth-promoting hormone), siderophore(plant pathogenic bacteria growth-inhibiting material) and cellulase(plant pathogenic bacteria wall-degrading enzyme) from the soil comprises the steps of: preparing primers for each gene of auxin, siderophore and cellulase; and performing multiplex PCR(polymerase chain reaction) of the soil sample by using the prepared primers, wherein the primers are oligonucleotide primer sets comprising a primer set consisting of primers aec-F and aec-R of SEQ ID NO:1 and SEQ ID NO:2, a primer set consisting of primers aec-F and aec-R of SEQ ID NO:1 and SEQ ID NO:2, and a primer set consisting of primers cel-F and cel-R of SEQ ID NO:5 and SEQ ID NO:6.</p>
