The spring compression link transfers power to a main operation rod(4) and compresses a compression spring(5). The spring compression link is connected to a link(2) through a pin. An end portion of the operation rod directly connected to a main shaft of a vacuum valve is connected to a middle portion of the spring compression link. The compression spring absorbs a shock and maintains a main power connection maintaining function at the time of closing the circuit breaker. A fixation adjustor(6) supporting the compression spring is formed on a compression adjusting shaft(8). A compression adjusting bolt(7) for varying and fixing a position of the fixation adjustor is coupled to a compression adjusting shaft.
