A high-brightness screen manufacturing method is provided to prevent rolling of a screen sheet caused by thickness unbalance by forming a surface treated layer on front and rear side of the screen sheet. A high-brightness screen manufacturing method comprises the steps of: forming a first light dispersion layer for increasing light absorption rate and maximizing light diffusion on a screen sheet(S100); controlling a thickness of the first light dispersion layer(S200); drying the first light dispersion layer(S300); forming a second light dispersion layer(S400); controlling a thickness of the second light dispersion layer(S500); drying the second light dispersion layer(S600); forming a surface diffusion layer(S700); controlling a thickness of the surface diffusion layer(S800); drying the surface diffusion layer(S900); forming a black-out layer(S1000); controlling a thickness of the black-out layer(S1100); and drying the black-out layer(S1200). |
