A heat-radiating structure of a portable terminal is provided to radiate heat, which is generated from an inside of the portable terminal, to the outside compulsorily, thereby efficiently improving the efficiency in radiation of heat. Heat-radiating parts(20) are mounted on a main substrate(18). The main substrate is disposed within a main case(12). A heat-radiating fan(26) is installed within the main case to generate air current for radiating heat, which is emitted from the heat-radiating parts, to the outside. A heat-conducting plate(22) is disposed within the main case. The heat-conducting plate conducts the heat to a path, through which the air current passes.
