A rice cake cutting machine is provided to improve the workability by cutting a rice cake automatically and uniformly and to produce products having good exteriors. A rice cake cutting machine includes a body(12), a moving member, a rice cake receiving case(22), a cutting member and a controller(26). The body has a hollow portion. The moving member moves back and forth in the longitudinal direction on the upper surface of the body. The cutting member is mounted on the center of the body to cut the rice cake in a predetermined size when the rice cake mounted on the rice cake receiving case moves in one direction. The controller controls the rotation of the moving member, the cutting member and the rice cake receiving case in one direction. |
