A portable air cylinder tester is provided to increase efficiency for an air cylinder test by directly and rapidly moving an air cylinder tester to a narrow place where the air cylinder is arranged. A portable air cylinder tester includes a direction switching valve(60), an inflow hose(52), an outflow hose(54), first and second connection hoses(72,74), a pressure control valve(80), and a pressure gauge(82). The direction switching valve is connected with the inflow hose and the outflow hose. Compressed air flows through the inflow valve to the direction switching valve, and then outflows through the outflow valve from the direction switching valve. The first connection hose connects the direction switching valve and a head of an air cylinder during an air cylinder test. The second connection hose connects the direction switching valve and a load of the air cylinder during the air cylinder test. The pressure control valve is mounted on the first and second connection hoses and controls a pressure of the compressed air. The pressure gauge is mounted on the first and second connection hoses and measures the pressure of the compressed air.
