MOLDING APPARATUS FOR DIFFERENT KIND FORMING PREVENTION OF INSTRUMENT PANEL

A molding apparatus for preventing heterogeneous molding of an instrument panel is provided to employ detection units to determine the specifications of a core layer and a skin layer, in a mold used to manufacture the instrument panel. A mold is divided into an upper mold(20) and a lower mold(21). First and second detection units(30,31) are provided at the upper and lower molds, respectively. Core and skin layers(10,11) are set in the upper and lower molds. A controller inputs a signal output from the first and second detection units to an output part. The output part outputs the signal from the controller according to the specifications of the core layer and the skin layer.
