Methods for manufacturing and repairing an air mattress are provided to prevent damage to the surface of an air mattress and to achieve a cushion function by using a sponge inserted into the air mattress. A first adhesion layer(20) is applied to the upper end portion of a main urethane film(10) with an adhesive. A textile sheet(30) is adhered to the upper end of the first adhesion layer. A second adhesion layer is bonded to the upper end of the textile sheet with an adhesive. A protection urethane film(11) is laminated on the second adhesion layer. An air mattress outer cover material(50) is made by laminating a urethane hot melt film(40) below the main urethane film. The air mattress outer cover material is folded, a sponge(60) is put therebetween, and the outer circumference of the folded air mattress outer cover material is fused with high frequency or heat.
