A decelerator is provided to decrease a manufacturing cost of the decelerator by simplifying a manufacturing process by fixing an inner ring gear on a decelerator housing using a coupling member. A decelerator housing(100) includes a container space. One end of an input shaft(200) is coupled with a driving shaft of a driving motor, such that a rotational force is received from the driving shaft of the driving motor. The other end of the input shaft includes an input gear portion. A gear portion is formed on an inner periphery of an inner ring gear(310), which is fixed on the decelerator housing using a pin. A decelerator gear portion is fixed, such that the decelerator gear portion is aligned with a rotational center of the input shaft portion. One end of the decelerator gear forms an output shaft, while the other end thereof forms a gear coupler, to which the input gear portion of the input shaft is inserted. A decelerating portion includes at least one output gear(330), which is rotatably implemented on the gear coupler, such that the output gear is gear-coupled with the gear portion of the inner ring gear. The output gear rotates the gear coupler, when the input shaft rotates, such that the output shaft is rotated.
