A waste vinyl separating apparatus is provided to allow effective cutting and removing foreign matters from waste vinyl using multiple rotating wings and to promote effective recycling of waste vinyl. A waste vinyl separating apparatus comprises: a multi-perforated pipe body(1) including multiple penetrating holes(2); an inlet(1a) established on top end of the multi-perforated pipe body; an outlet(1b) established on lateral bottom side of the multi-perforated pipe body; a lateral screening wall(4) established on one side of the multi-perforated pipe body; a lateral multi-perforated wall(5) established on the other side of the multi-perforated pipe body; a rotation axis(6) penetrating the center of the lateral screening wall and the lateral multi-perforated wall; a driving motor to rotate the rotation axis; and at least two leaned rotating wings fixed on the rotation axis.
