A disk loading/ejecting device of a disk drive is provided to facilitate disk ejecting operation with a fitting projection on a lever body for allowing the lever body to move along with a slider by fitting. A disk loading/ejecting device of a disk drive comprises a lever unit(50), an eject arm, and a rotary arm. The lever unit, which is movably installed on a main chassis, comprises a lever body(51) having an open interlock space(53) equipped with a spring(59) and an opening provided with fitting projections(56) on its sidewalls, and a slider(57) receiving elastic force by the spring and having one end to be fitted to the fitting projection. The eject arm is rotatably installed on the main chassis to directly guide loading/ejecting of a disk. The rotary arm, which is rotatably installed on the main chassis, is rotatably connected to the one end of the lever unit.
