An ECU(Engine Control Unit) connecter for reinforcing an immobilizer is provided to prevent separation from an ECU by allowing fixing clips to be locked with the inner connector as well as allowing slot insertion protrusions to prevent press of the outer connector in a key-off state. An ECU connecter for reinforcing an immobilizer comprises an inner connector(10), an outer connector(20) and a motor(30). The inner connector is provided with power connection terminals(11). The outer connector is installed at the upper and lower portions of the inner connector and has power connection terminals(21) corresponding to the power connection terminals of the inner connector. The motor has slot insertion protrusions(31) at two sides thereof, and rotates at an angle of 90° by receiving power from an ECU. Fixing clips(40) are installed at the inner upper and lower portions of the outer connector.
