A plasma lighting system is provided to improve light emitting efficiency of an electrodeless lamp by preventing a microwave from being leaked from a crevice between a waveguide tube and a resonator. A plasma lighting system includes a waveguide tube(40), a resonator coupling member(41), a resonator(50), and a packing member(200). The waveguide tube guides a microwave, which is generated in a microwave generator. The resonator coupling member is protruded in a predetermined length along a height direction of the waveguide tube. The resonator is fixed on an end portion of the resonator coupling member and shields the microwave, such that a resonance mode is formed. The packing member is coupled with the resonance coupling member, which is contacted with the resonator, such that the resonator is fixed on the resonator coupling member. The packing member includes concave and convex portions, which are alternatively formed along a perimeter direction thereof.
