Multi floor parking equipment is provided to reduce excessive power consumption by independently rotating pallets on which vehicles are parked. Multi floor parking equipment comprises a main body, a lower pallet, a plurality of upper pallets(10), a lower driving unit, an upper driving unit(30), a clutch, and a main driving unit. The main body has an opening. The lower pallet is located at the lower part of the main body, and reciprocates between a loading location inside the main body and an unloading location outside the main body. The upper pallets are located over the lower pallet and reciprocate between the loading location inside the main body and the unloading location outside the main body. The lower driving unit includes a pair of lower chains(21) and a lower driving sprocket(23). The lower chains support the lower pallet. The lower driving sprocket drives the lower chains to cause the lower pallet to reciprocate between the loading location and unloading location. The upper driving unit includes two pairs of upper chains(43) and an upper driving sprocket(50). The upper chains support the upper pallet. The upper driving sprocket drives both upper chains to cause the upper pallets to reciprocate between the loading location and the unloading location. The clutch is selectively connected to the lower driving sprocket or to the upper driving sprocket to regulate power. The main driving unit provides power to either the upper driving sprocket or the lower driving sprocket selectively.
