An apparatus for removing alien substances from a small door is provided to prevent sticking of the dropped coal, greatly improve facility contamination and environmental pollution, obtain a cost reduction effect, and prevent the generation of safety accidents by automatically removing tar and dropped coal on a small door alien substance receiver. An apparatus for removing alien substances from a small door comprises: a small door installed at an upper side of a door of a coke oven; a small door alien substance receiver installed at a lower side of the small door such that the small door alien substance receiver is inclined to a set angle; a leveler beam of a pusher car installed at one side of the coke oven; a frame duct connected to the leveller beam; and an alien substance removing member which is connected to one side of the frame duct, and which removes alien substances on the small door alien substance receiver when the frame duct moves toward the small door. The alien substance removing member comprises: a connecting member including fixed beams(22), guide rails(20), guide beams(18), and guide rollers(19); a buffer member including a fixed plate(24), a movable plate(25), fixing bolts, and springs(21); and a scraper member including a first scraper(16) and a second scraper(17), wherein scraper supporting posts(28) to which the scraper member is connected are mounted on a bottom part of the movable plate. |
