A bio-trickling filter is provided to install the modulated bio-trickling filter at the purification required place by moving a modulated bio-trickling filter to a right place that requires purification, and vary the capacity of the bio-trickling filter by arranging or stacking a plurality of modulated bio-trickling filters according to the required purification capacity. A bio-trickling filter(100) comprises: a housing(200) for modulating the bio-trickling filter; a carrier(410) installed at one side within the housing to purify waste gas by microorganisms; a suction duct(320) installed on the housing to supply waste gas to the carrier; an exhaust duct(450) installed on the housing to exhaust the waste gas that has been purified by the carrier to the outside of the housing; a nutrient tank(340) installed on the housing; nozzle pipes(430) for supplying nutrients of the nutrient tank to the carrier; and a control part for controlling the bio-trickling filter, wherein a scrubber(520) is additionally installed in the suction duct to remove particulate matters in waste gas supplied to the carrier, a heating wire is installed on a filtration chamber(400) of the housing containing the carrier to maintain temperature of the carrier by thermally insulating the filtration chamber, and the modulated bio-trickling filters are arranged or stacked.
