A shaft for winding a web is provided to smoothly separate and fix one and the other side shaft units by having a shaft core inserted in a shaft hole of the one and the other side shaft units. A shaft(10) for winding a web includes one and the other side shaft units, shaft cores, and nut members. One end of the one side shaft unit is in contact with one end part of the web by a predetermined width. The other side shaft unit is selectively fixed to and separated from the other end of the one side shaft unit. The other end of the other side shaft unit is in contact with the other end part of the web by a predetermined width. Shaft holes are formed at the one and the other side shaft units respectively. The shaft cores are inserted in the shaft holes of the one and the other side shaft units. Male screw threads are formed at both end parts of the shaft core respectively. The nut members are fastened to the male screw threads of the shaft and couple the one side shaft unit with the other side shaft unit.
