A method and a system for providing an AD(ADvertisement) service by using bulletins are provided to offer a user terminal an answer corresponding to the bulletin registered by a user and AD information related to the answer in real-time, and maximize AD effect by program the answer and the related AD information at the same time. A response determiner(710) determines whether not a bulletin registered by a user requests a real-time answer. An answer registration checker(720) checks registration of an answer corresponding to the bulletin when the registered bulletin requests the real-time answer. An AD information extractor(730) extracts AD information related to at least one of the bulletin and the answer by using a keyword extracted from at least one of the bulletin or the answer when the answer corresponding to the bulletin is registered. An AD information transmitter(740) transmits the answer and the AD information to a user terminal through a client terminal, which is installed in the user terminal by receiving agreement from the user.
