A method for preparing an aqueous polyurethane resin adhesive is provided to produce a partially cross-linked aqueous polyurethane resin adhesive having excellent initial adhesiveness, initial heat resistance, and water dispersion stability. A method for preparing an aqueous polyurethane resin adhesive having improved heat resistance includes the steps of: (a) reacting polyester polyol and short-chain glycol having a carboxyl group in the molecule with diisocyanate to prepare polyurethane prepolymer having isocyanate groups at both terminals of the molecule; (b) dissolving the polyurethane prepolymer in a low-boiling-point organic solvent, and neutralizing the solution with amines to prepare self-emulsion type prepolymer; (c) adding water to the self-emulsion type prepolymer, and extending the chain of the prepolymer with an amine having at least three primary amine groups in the molecule; and (d) removing the organic solvent under reduced pressure. |
