<p>A battery module, and a method for preparing the battery module are provided to allow internal gas to be ventilated smoothly, thereby preventing the explosion due to excessive pressure. A battery module(100) comprises a first secondary battery(105) and a second secondary battery(107) which comprise a case accommodating an electrode group(110), and a cap assembly arranged on the upper part of the case; an interconnector(160) which connects the first secondary battery and the second secondary battery between the upper part of the first secondary battery and the lower part of the second secondary battery; and an insulating cover(170) which surrounds the connecting part of the first secondary battery and the second secondary battery and is provided with at least one ventilation hole.</p> |
