A battery having a built-in antenna and a mobile communication terminal using the same are provided to realize an antenna within a battery through a middle terminal of the battery, thereby preparing a necessary antenna while minimizing a mechanical change of the mobile communication terminal. A terminal unit(130) includes a positive type terminal(131), middle terminals(133,135), and a negative type terminal(137). A battery cell(140) has a positive polarity and a negative polarity, which are connected to the positive type terminal and the negative type terminal of the terminal unit. A first antenna(150) is connected to one of the middle terminals. A case seals the terminal unit, the battery cell, and the first antenna.
