A manufacturing method of a polyamide nano-composite membrane with high flux and superior selectivity is provided to use the polyamide nano-composite membrane as a pre-treatment filter of a water ionizer, increase the electrolysis efficiency by maintaining TDS of produced water to at least a suitable value while removing harmful substances, and extend lifespan of an electrode for electrolysis of the water ionizer by maintaining a proper level of water quality. A manufacturing method of a polyamide nano-composite membrane for a water ionizer comprises: coating a porous support with an aqueous polyfunctional amine solution containing a water-soluble polymer additive; removing an excessive aqueous solution from the support; and interfacial reacting the porous support coated with the aqueous polyfunctional amine solution with an organic solution containing polyfunctional acylhalide, polyfunctional sulfonylhalide, polyfunctional isocyanate, or a mixed compound thereof to manufacture a polyamide nano-composite membrane, wherein the polyamide nano-composite membrane maintains a TDS(Total Dissolved Solid) value of ionized water to a range of 30 to 50 ppm irrespective of supply water concentration, operating pressure, and recovery ratio of the water ionizer.
