A plasma display device and a voltage generator thereof are provided to generate a final voltage and a scan voltage in a reset period using a single voltage source. A plasma display device includes plural electrodes, a voltage source(Tb), a first switch(Q1), at least one first resistor(R1), at least one second resistor(R2), a zener diode(Dz), and a second switch(Yfr). The voltage source supplies scan voltages, which are sequentially applied to the electrode during an address period. The first switch includes a first terminal connected to the electrodes, and a second terminal connected to the voltage source. The first resistor is connected between a control terminal of the first switch and the electrodes. The second resistor is connected between the control terminal of the first switch and the voltage source. The zener diode is connected between the control terminal and the voltage source in parallel to the second resistor. The second switch is electrically connected between the second terminal of the first switch and the voltage source.
