A thermoplastic casting film, and a method for preparing the thermoplastic casting film are provided to reduce the generation of wrinkle, to lower a manufacturing cost and to improve winding property. A thermoplastic casting film comprises a first surface of a polymer film which is obtained by melting a thermoplastic polymer in an extruder, molding it into at least one layer of film, and transferring any one pattern selected from glossy embossing pattern, matt embossing pattern and sanding pattern on the first surface of the molded polymer film; and a glossy second surface of a polymer film, wherein the glossy second surface of a polymer film is a rubber roll transfer glossy surface obtained by transferring the glossy surface of a pressurized rubber roll to the molten polymer film, and the rubber roll transfer glossy surface of the second surface is a glossy surface obtained by transferring the glossy surface of a rubber roll coated with a liquid silicone rubber coating layer.
