FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with cutting and chopping the skinned salmon fillet; cutting and freezing spinach and savory and dill greens followed by their mixing at oxygen-free technique with common salt and hot black pepper to obtain the stuffing. The latter should be applied onto the skinned salmon fillet to be rolled and roasted in vegetable oil to obtain the rolls. The rolls and vegetable oil should be packed, sealed and sterilized. The innovation enables to manufacture canned food being of increased digestibility. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing. |
