FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to homogenising, dispergating equipment and can be used in chemical, oil refining, fuel-power industry, in particular, for preparation for burning in boiler units or for storage of various fuel mixtures (deriving of emulsions of fuel mixtures, including the black oil, containing water). The rotary-oscillatory device contains the case having an inlet and final branch pipes. The rotary and armature disks are established in the case with ridged elements placed on alternating concentric circles. The total amount of rotary and armature disks can be odd, not less than five. The ridged elements of one or several concentric circles of rotary and armature disks are displaced on the magnitude ensuring overlapping of open sections between ridged elements of next pair of concentric circles of rotary and armature disks at open position of open section of any other next pair. Parity of width of a ridged element to width of an interval between them on a corresponding concentric circle makes 0.5-3.0, it is preferable 0.65-1.10, and magnitude of a clearance between rotary and armature disks makes mainly 0.4-0.6 mm. ^ EFFECT: overall performance increase of the rotary-oscillatory device at simultaneous improvement of homogeneity of the processed medium for one cycle of homogenisation. ^ 6 dwg |
