FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing canned first-course dishes for cosmic nutrition due to preparing all the recipe components: freezing and reducing sorrel, celery greens and beet leaves upon a chopper; cutting, roasting in melted butter and reducing fish fillet upon a chopper; cutting, frying in melted butter and reducing brown onions upon a chopper; cutting, blanching and reducing potatoes upon a chopper. The above-mentioned components should be mixed with sour cream, fish broth, common salt and a CO2-extract of Pythium and Mortierella micromycete biomass. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes at a certain ratio of the components taken. This enables to manufacture new canned food for cosmic nutrition being of increased digestibility. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing. ^ 41 cl |
