FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the suggested canned food deals with the technology for manufacturing concentrates of first-course dishes due to preparing all the recipe components: cutting and frying in melted butter carrots and brown onions; cutting and blanching potatoes; cutting and freezing green onions; cooking lens up to a two-fold increase of its mass; cutting sausage foods and ham. The above-mentioned components should be mixed at oxygen-free technique with tomato paste, sugar, common salt, acetic acid, clove, thyme, hot black pepper and laurel leaf. The obtained mixture and bone broth should be packed at a certain ration of the components taken. The suggested canned food is of increased digestibility. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing. |
